Responsibility, Safety, Innovation and Coordination

　　Responsibility [Interpretation]: We should conscientiously perform political responsibility, economic responsibility, and social responsibility, and make every effort to make due contributions to our country, our nation and mankind; conscientiously fulfill the responsibility of being responsible for customers and creating the greatest value for customers; pursue the common growth of the employees and the company, and strive to realize our employees' yearning for a better life.

　　Safety [Interpretation]: We should strictly abide by the Nuclear Safety Law of the country and adhere to the nuclear safety concept of "Rationality, Coordination and Progress"; always give top priority to safety, strive to improve the production safety system, integrate nuclear safety culture into all aspects of production and operation, and continuously improve the production and operation safety of the company; strictly abide by relevant rules and regulations, set clear safety responsibilities, attach importance to identifying and trying to eliminate all potential safety hazards, improve the ability of the employees in safety prevention and realize intrinsic safety; provide customers with safe and reliable products and services, create a healthy and safe working environment for the employees, and create a safe and harmonious development environment for the society.

　　Innovation [Interpretation]: We should always maintain a high degree of career enthusiasm, innovate for change, work creatively, and dare to challenge higher-level goals; vigorously advocate the consciousness of independent innovation, improve the innovation mechanism, encourage innovation, and strive to create an open and inclusive innovation environment; attach importance to basic innovation and actively explore core technologies in the field of nuclear science and technology; adhere to the combination of innovation and practice, and strive to convert innovation achievements into actual productivity.

　　Coordination [Interpretation]: We should actively advocate close cooperation among various divisions, upstream and downstream organizations of the industrial chain and various departments; encourage employees to treat colleagues as business partners, support each other, cooperate actively and complement each other at work; have the overall situation in mind, integrate individuals into the collective, obey and serve the overall situation, and put the interest of the company above all local interests such as interests of individuals and departments.
